Operation Breaking Through, Inc has been making a difference in helping people in need in the Hampton Roads Virginia for 35+ years. Community leaders were looking for solutions to out of control crime, violence and drugs plaguing the city. This led to the development of OBT to make a difference in these at risk communities.
