Operation Breaking Through, Inc has been dedicated to supporting people and families in need in the heart of Hampton Roads Virginia for over 35 years. Our focus is on making a positive impact in at-risk communities by providing essential resources and opportunities for the youth.
ENGAGING EVENTS: We organize various volunteer-led programs and events to raise awareness, meet needs and provide support for the vulnerable in our community. Every program event is an opportunity to make a difference and show solidarity towards building a better future for the children and families in our community.
